How To Use
Attach the long strap to the lid by looping around the hinge/handle at the top rear of the bin and then feeding the Velcro end of the strap through the loop end of the strap.

Attach the short strap to the second handle at the bottom front of the bin by feeding the Velcro end of the strap through the loop end of the strap.

Connect the two Velcro ends together to secure the bin lid. Ensure the strap runs straight across the lid and down the front of the bin.

That’s it! Your trash and recycle contents are now secured in the bin.
The strap will automatically release when the bin is dumped and about 10
pounds (2-3 “average” kitchen bags) of trash/recycle is in the bin.
